High School & Beyond
Zion Middle School teachers are committed to a high level of student: Achievement, Performance, and Behavior.Graduating eighth grade students are accepted at many of the high schools in the Bay Area, including the most competitive private and public schools, such as: Lowell, Sacred Heart, Lincoln, St. Ignatius, Lick Wilmerding, Gateway, Stuart Hall, Mercy, Riordan, Washington, Urban, and more.
Zion strives to give our graduating students choices on where to attend high school. The majority of our graduates apply to 4-5 schools and are accepted into more than one high school. We are proud of the relationship we have with our San Francisco schools and look forward to a continued partnership with these institutions.
Zion Lutheran offers a High School Information Night for our graduating eighth graders and their families. The application process requires effort on both the student and parents' part. We seek to make this experience as enjoyable and least stressful as possible.
